NAIVA CENY / AWARDS

HLAVNÁ CENA

• Organizátor nominuje nezávislú porotu predovšetkým z oblasti výtvarnej tvorby, pedagógov a umelcov. Výber poroty je výlučne v kompetencii organizátora.
• Porota vyberie z akceptovaných diel jedno, ktoré získa "HLAVNÚ CENU".
• Udelenie hlavnej ceny bude slávnostne vyhlásené v deň konania vernisáže výstavy.
• Autor, ktorý získa hlavnú cenu výstavy, má právo po dohode s organizátorom vytvoriť alebo poskytnúť obraz v naivnom štýle, ktorý bude slúžiť ako motív pre nasledujúci ročník výstavy NAIVA BRATISLAVA (vo forme plagátov, pozvánok, katalógu a akejkoľvek inej propagácie výstavy). Obraz, ktorý bude slúžiť ako motív výstavy musí spĺňať všetky podmienky účasti na výstave. Po skončení výstavy organizátor obraz, ktorý slúžil ako motív výstavy, vráti autorovi.
• Kritériá hodnotenia, z ktorých bude porota vychádzať, sú predovšetkým autenticita, originalita rukopisu, osobitosť výtvarného stvárnenia a podania myšlienky diela, sila a celkový výraz diela, odolnosť voči vizuálnej komerčnosti a povrchnosti stvárnenia.
• Organizátor nijakým spôsobom neovplyvňuje rozhodovanie a výber poroty. Rozhodnutie poroty je nezávislé a subjektívne, nie je možné požiadať o jeho preskúmanie ani nie je možné sa voči nemu odvolať.

CENA za PRÍBEH

• Organizátor vyberie z akceptovaných diel jedno, ktoré získa "CENU ZA PRÍBEH".
• Autor, ktorý získa hlavnú cenu, má právo bezplatne (t.j. bez povinnosti uhradiť účastnícky poplatok) fyzicky vystaviť jedno svoje dielo - obraz v naivnom štýle, ktorý musí spĺňať všetky podmienky účasti na výstave - v nasledujúcom ročníku výstavy NAIVA BRATISLAVA.
• Kritéria hodnotenia, z ktorých bude organizátor vychádzať sú predovšetkým obsah príbehu v diele, podanie myšlienky príbehu a celkový výraz diela. Voči rozhodnutiu organizátora sa nie je možné odvolať.

CENA VEREJNOSTI

• Počas trvania online výstavy bude prebiehať hlasovanie verejnosti o "CENU VEREJNOSTI".
• Z online prezentovaných diel bude mať návštevník výstavy možnosť dať hlas obrazu, ktorý ho najviac osloví. Hlasovanie prebehne online na webovej stránke organizátora a na stránkach, ktoré má organizátor zriadené na sociálnej sieti Facebook (Pezinok ART 40 a NAIVA Bratislava).
• V deň ukončenia online výstavy sa všetky hlasy spočítajú a "CENU VEREJNOSTI" získa ten obraz, ktorý bude mať najvyšší počet hlasov.
• Autor, ktorý získa cenu verejnosti, má právo bezplatne (t.j. bez povinnosti uhradiť účastnícky poplatok) vystaviť jedno svoje dielo - obraz v naivnom štýle, ktorý musí spĺňať všetky podmienky účasti na výstave - v nasledujúcom ročníku výstavy NAIVA BRATISLAVA.

CENA GALÉRIE

• Organizátor spolupracuje s Galériou ATELIER HLAVINA, ktorá organizuje výstavy, propaguje výtvarníkov a predáva umelecké diela vo svojej online galérii www.atelierhlavina.sk a zároveň aj v stálej kamennej galérii na adrese: Novomeského 1340, Bánovce nad Bebravou (ďalej aj "Galéria").
• Galéria vyberie podľa vlastného uváženia jedného autora, ktorému udelí "CENU GALÉRIE".
• Autor, ktorý získa "CENU GALÉRIE", bude mať právo bezplatne využiť službu tzv. zaknihovania v Galérii. Zaknihovanie znamená vytvorenie prezentácie umelca v online Galérii v sekcii UMELCI na stránke www.atelierhlavina.sk/umelci. Prezentácia znamená vytvorenie minigalérie umelca, kde bude uvedený umelecký životopis oceneného autora, zoznam výstav, prípadne vlastný text autora. V minigalérii bude zverejnená aj fotografia oceneného autora a fotografie štyroch jeho diel, ktoré môžu byť ponúknuté na predaj. Predaj diel prostredníctvom Galérie ATELIER HLAVINA bude následne možný na základe osobitnej zmluvy medzi oceneným autorom a Galériou, v ktorej bude dohodnutá aj provízia z predaja diel autora.
• Víťaz "CENY GALÉRIE" má právo odmietnuť, resp. nevyužiť právo na bezplatné zaknihovanie v Galérii a/alebo na predaj svojich diel prostredníctvom Galérie ATELIER HLAVINA.
• Kritéria výberu pre udelenie "CENY GALÉRIE" sú plne v kompetencii Galérie. Voči rozhodnutiu Galérie sa nie je možné odvolať.

GRAND PRIX

• The organizer nominates an independent jury, mainly from visual art experts, teachers and artists. The selection of the jury is solely within the competence of the organizer.
• The jury will chose one of the accepted works to the "GRAND PRIX".
• The GRAND PRIX will be hand it in to the winner on the opening ceremony.
• The winner of the "GRAND PRIX" has the right, after the mutual agreement with the organizer, to create or provide the painting (in naive style) to the next year's exhibition of NAIVA BRATISLAVA (in the form of posters, invitations, catalogs and any other promotion of the exhibition) as headline motive. The painting must meet all conditions for the participation in the exhibition. When exhibition is ended the organizer will return this painting, which served as the motive of the exhibition, back to the artist.
• The criteria for the selection of painting to the GRAND PRIX of the jury are especially authenticity, originality, expression of the work, the resistance to the visual commerciality and superficiality.
• The organizer does not interfere to the decision of the jury. The jury's decision is independent and based on the subjective preferences. It is not possible to request a review of the decision or appeal against such decision.

STORY AWARD

• The organizer will chose one of the accepted works to the "PRIX for STORY".
• The winner has the right to exhibit free of charge one of his paintings (naive style and consultation with organizer is required) in the next year´s exihibition of NAIVA BRATISLAVA. The painting must meet all conditions for the participation in the exhibition.
• The criteria for the selection of painting to the PRIX for STORYare especially the content of the story in the artwork, the idea and expression of the artwork. It is not possible to appeal against the decision of the organizer.

PUBLIC PRIX

• During the online exhibition, the public will vote for the "PUBLIC PRIX".
• The online visitor can give the voice to the picture he/she like from the works that will be exhibited. The voting will take place online on the organizer´s website and on the organizer´s website on Facebook (Pezinok ART 40 and NAIVA Bratislava).
• All votes will be counted at the last day of the online exhibition. The painting which will get the most votes will be awarded with the "PUBLIC PRIX".
• The winner of the "PUBLIC PRIX" has the rightto exhibit free of charge one of his paintings (naive style and consultation with organizer is required) in the next year´s exihibition of NAIVA BRATISLAVA. The painting must meet all conditions for the participation in the exhibition.

GALLERY PRIX

• The organizer cooperates with the ATELIER HLAVINA Gallery, which organizes exhibitions, promotes artists and sells artworks in its online gallery www.atelierhlavina.sk and in the permanent stone gallery at the address: Novomeského 1340, Bánovce nad Bebravou. Slovakia (hereinafter also "Gallery").
• The Gallery will choose one author at its discretion to whom it will award the "GALLERY PRIX".
• The author who wins the "GALLERY PRIX" will have the right to use free of charge the Gallery registration service. The Gallery registration service means creating a presentation of the artist in the online Gallery in the ARTISTS section on the website www.atelierhlavina.sk/umelci. The presentation means the creation of a mini-gallery of the artist whit the artistic biography, the list of exhibitions, or the author's own text will be presented. The photo of the award-winning author and photos of four of his/her artworks, which can be offered for sale, will also be published in the mini-gallery. The sale of artworks through the ATELIER HLAVINA Gallery will subsequently be possible on the basis of a special contract between the award-winning author and the Gallery, in which a commission fee will also be agreed.
• The winner of the "GALLERY PRIX" has the right to refuse, or not to use the free of charge The Gallery registration service and/or to sell their artworks through the ATELIER HLAVINA Gallery.
• The selection criteria for awarding the "GALLERY PRIX" are fully within the competence of the Gallery.It is not possible to appeal against the decision of the Gallery.
