Form of the exhibition

Opening and closing ceremony for autors
- Opening ceremony: 23th September 2025 (depends of the pandemic or other regulations)
- Closing ceremony: 11th October 2025 (depends of the pandemic or other regulations)
- Place: Primaciálny palác, Bratislava
Participants
- The exhibition is dedicated for authors/artists over 18 years without professional artistic education from all around the world.
Number of artworks
- One artist can submit only one application and can register a maximum of 3 works (paintings) in naive style (drawing, painting, graphics). The maximum artwork sizecannot exceed 80 cm x 80 cm. Each registered work should weigh maximum of 5 kg.
Registration
- The application form and photos of each artworks have to by send via e-mail: info@naivabratislava.sk
- Each photo (in high quality) must contain only one work and the following label "surname of the artist_title of the work" (it is possible to use JPG or other similar format).
Deadline for the registration: 15th July 2025

Acceptance of artworks
- Artist will be notified about acceptance of his/her works for the exhibition via e-mail before 20th July 2025.
Participation fee
- The participation fee will depend on whether the author will require insurance of the shipment (package) by returning the works from the exhibition.
The participation fee is:
- 75 € - exhibition of the artwork, inclusion of the author in the catalogue of the exhibition, return of artworksthout insurance;
- 85 € - exhibition of the artwork, inclusion of the author in the catalogue of the exhibition, return of artworks with insurance within the Slovak Republic;
- 105 € - exhibition of the artwork, inclusion of the author in the catalogue of the exhibition, return of artworks with insurance to the countries of the European Union;
- 125 € - exhibition of the artwork, inclusion of the author in the catalogue of the exhibition, return of artworks with insurance to the countries outside the European Union.
After accepting the application, the author will pay the participation fee in accordance with the organizer's payment instructions to the organizer's account 31th August 2025.
Payment of the fee will confirm the participation in the exhibition.
Delivery of artworks
- Works accepted by the organizer shall be delivered by the author together with the printed and signed application form to the organizer's address.
- Deadline for the delivery is from 1th August 2025 to 5th September 2025.
Delay of delivery of artworks
- In case of delay in delivery, the organizer does not guarantee that the works will be presented at the exhibition.
The Exhibition
Each author whose application will be accepted by the organizer and who fulfills the conditions for participation in the exhibition shall be exhibit:
- at physical exhibition - at least one accepted and delivered,
- at online exhibition - all accepted artworks.
Sale of arworks
- The exhibition is connect with the sale of exhibited works. The organizer will arrange the sale of works on the commission fee of 30% of the price of the artworks specified in the application form. In order to mediate the sale of works the author and the intermediary of the organizer conclude a separate contract. The conclusion of this special contract will be a condition for the sale of works at the exhibition.
Announcement of award winners
- The winner of the GRAND PRIX, GALLERY PRIX and PRIX for STORY will be announced at the opening ceremony on 23th September 2025.
- The winner of the PUBLIC PRIX will be announced at the closing ceremony on 11th October 2025.
Return of artworks
- The works will be carefully packed and sent by standard post (Slovenská pošta, a.s) to the address of the artists specified in the application, not later than till 30th November 2025.
Catalog
- The organizer will prepare the printing catalog about paintings accepted to the exhibition.
Cancellation or reduction of culutral events (antipandemic and other regulations)
- The exhibition has two forms, physical and online. If it will not be possible to physically install the exhibition in the premises of the Primaciálny palác in Bratislava, it will be held online.
Refundation of participation fee
- If, due to the cancellation or restriction of the possibility to organize cultural events in case of the pandemic or other regulations at the time of the exibition, it will not be possible to install the exhibition in the premises of the Primaciálny palác in Bratislava, the exhibition will be held only online. In this case, the organizer will return part of the fee reduced by handling fee 20 €.
- In case of the cancellation or restriction of the possibility to organize cultural events due to the pandemic or other regulations after the instalation of the exhibition, as well during the exhibition in the premises of the Primaciálny palác in Bratislava, the exhibition will be continue in online form. In accordance with applicable regulations the organizer will make the exhibition available to the public in the premises of the Primaciálny palác in Bratislava, if it will be possible. In this case the paid fee, or part of fee, will not be refunded.
